The Agori Quantitative Trading Competition is a Python-based algorithmic trading challenge designed to identify and showcase top quantitative talent.
Participants will develop and submit one (1) Python-based trading algorithm per person. Strategies are evaluated and ranked on performance-based and risk-adjusted metrics through the Agori Competition Platform.
The competition runs from January 27 to February 17 and is sponsored by Old Mission. All evaluation is hosted on the Agori platform and executed in Python.
The competition is open to undergraduate students and is limited to individual participants only (no teams).
Prizes will be awarded to the top performers:
1st Place: $2,000
2nd Place: $1,000
3rd Place: $500
Top participants will get the opportunity to present their work to sponsoring firms for recruiting consideration. Full competition rules, eligibility details, and technical specifications will be available on the Agori Compete website.
